If Cydia shows “Unable to Load” or a certificate error on iOS 6.1.3, follow these simple steps:

Step 1 — Check Date & Time

Go to Settings → General → Date & Time and make sure the date and time are correct.

Step 2 — Install the Certificate

Open Safari on your iOS 6.1.3 device and visit:

http://tlsroot.litten.ca

Download and install the Signed iOS Bundle (iOS 5+) certificate.

Step 3 — Restart

After installing the certificate, restart your iPhone or iPad.

Step 4 — Open Cydia

Open Cydia again and let it reload the sources. The “Unable to Load” certificate error should now be resolved.
